Goethe-Zertifikat A1 (Start German 1) Exam Schedule
The official list below lists reserved time periods, not confirmed exams. Check with your instructor if the final exam for a course will be scheduled during this time.

Locations
The Exam Schedule lists the locations in which DEP conducts operator qualification tests. Please visit the exam pages for more information about exam content, exam rules and conditions, and additional guidelines. The Faculty Dashboard in Workday has an option to "View My Teaching Schedule" which lets faculty find their exam schedules. In addition, the Registrar's Office has a list of exam times for classes that have exams required by NYSED regulations. Final exams for classes that are held in the evenings are scheduled for the regular class meeting times of the final exam weeks.

Registration
The exam schedule is available online, and students are advised to look it up. However it is important to note that the exam schedule may change at any time. Students should therefore check with their instructors to confirm the correct time and date of their exam. Students should also print the official list of questions to bring with them to their exam.
Students should also familiarize themselves with the guidelines and terms of the exam in addition to the exam schedule. These are accessible on the individual exam page. When paragrafy kategorii a1 register, students agree that they accept these conditions and terms.
Exam sites make every effort to accommodate participants who have special requirements. The nature and severity of these requirements must be declared on the registration form, and then confirmed by an attestation from a doctor. If a student is scheduled to take three examinations scheduled on the same day, it is recommended to contact their department or instructor to arrange an exam to make up. It is possible to take three exams on the same day. However, this can cause a lot of stress and affect the quality. Before taking the test, students must prepare by studying the syllabus and practicing their German skills. paragrafy kategorii a1 is a paper-based test that assesses the ability to read, speak, and write in German. The results of the examination are presented using a scale ranging from A1 to C2. Students who pass the test are awarded the Goethe-Zertifikat. The certificate certifies that the student has reached language level A1. This level corresponds with the first level of the six-level scale of competence laid out in the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages. The exam is free. Students must bring a valid government ID to the examination. If they do not present an ID with a valid photo will be disqualified from the examination.
Fees
You'll need to pay an exam fee if you wish to receive the Goethe-Zertifikat (start German 1) after you have completed your Elan Academy studies. This fee is in addition to the course fees.
Practice tests allow you to get familiar with the format of the test, the language, and the difficulty of the questions on the test. They allow you to assess your knowledge, identify gaps and increase your chances of acing the exam.
It is important to note that the exam fee isn't refundable. Exam results are only emailed and not via telephone.
